Refund and Cancellation Policy

Cycylab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds and cancellations may be granted. By engaging our services, you agree to the terms of this policy.

Our services are customized and tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. As such, refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms outlined below.
2. Refund Policy
2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only applicable in the following circumstances:
- A service was not delivered as per the terms outlined in the Service Agreement.
- A written request for a refund is submitted within 15 days of payment and before the commencement of the service.
2.2 Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:
- Payments made for completed services or milestones.
- Initial setup fees, if any, which cover administrative and onboarding costs.
- Third-party costs, including but not limited to advertising budgets, tools, or software purchased on your behalf.
2.3 Partial Refunds
In cases where services are partially rendered, Cycylab may provide a prorated refund based on the percentage of work completed, as determined solely by us.
2.4 Method of Refund
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the transaction. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to process.
3. Cancellation Policy
3.1 Cancellation by the Client
- Clients may request to cancel a service by providing written notice via email.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 14 business days before the next billing cycle for ongoing services (e.g., monthly retainers).
3.2 Cancellation by Cycylab
Cycylab reserves the right to cancel services under the following conditions:
- Non-payment or failure to adhere to agreed-upon payment terms.
- Breach of any terms outlined in the Service Agreement.
- Unethical or illegal use of services.
3.3 Effect of Cancellation
- Upon cancellation, all work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and payable in full.
- Any intellectual property rights, designs, or deliverables remain the property of Cycylab until all outstanding payments are settled.
4. Service-Specific Terms
Certain services may have additional refund or cancellation terms outlined in the Service Agreement or Statement of Work (SOW). Please refer to the specific terms provided for your project.
5. Force Majeure
Refunds or cancellations may not be honored in the event of delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond Cycylab’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or third-party service failures.
6. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement regarding refunds or cancellations, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiations. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be governed by the jurisdiction outlined in our Terms and Conditions.
7. Changes to This Policy
Cycylab reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
